Guest guest
Val/Nick, Merry Christmas and thanks for being an advocate for adrenal/hypothyroid. I appreciate what you do. Question: If you have slightly elevated cortils at night, possibly due to staying up too late. Would you supplement T3 a little at night to bring them down or make the morning dose a little higher? Cortils in mid range in morning from the dirt and have slightly elevated at night. I am only using Adrenal Rebuilder by . I feel very fatigued, but my cortils are in the middle of the flow chart. Thanks, R.
Guest guest
Iwould probably try melatonin at bedtime with some T3. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
How much T3 would u take? I also was wondering do you produce more cortisol when u r under stress? Cause I went from dirt and taking only adrenal rebuilder for a year to middle range. I am more stressed out than I ever have been. Does this mean I am healing? I find I am extremely exhausted when I am done cleaning and find it hard recover from things. My body feels fatigued, but hypo. Wondering if adding the T3 is going to hinder or help. Also they ended up giving me gyneric Cytomel ( Liothyronine) anybody have trouble with this? I have many sensitivities, so don't want to have it not work because of a stupid sensitivity.Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerryDate: Thu, 24 Dec 2009 15:32:04 -0500To: <RT3_T3 >Subject: Re: Merry Christmas!
