We don't have behavior problems like that so I may be of no help whatsoever.

It seems that the seasonality of it could be related to allergies. Aubrie

gets allergy-related sinus issues. We see it in fluctuating hearing and

focus/attention problems. I know another child had serious behavior

problems that could not be figured out -- til the family demanded a CT-scan

which showed a horrid sinus infection. When that was treated, the behaviors

improved.

As you said, it sounds very much like is telling you something. It

could be as simple as " My teeth hurt! " Or it could be a sinus infection that

you don't see outward signs of. Or it could be something else. It may be

something that you can remedy or may be something you can't help (like the

teeth).

I can relate to your worries about summer break! Even without the serious

behavior issues you're having to manage, just having patience for Aubrie's

questions, quirky demands, etc is going to be challenging. Can't imagine 3

girls -- one of whom is tormenting the others with physical violence! I

hope you find a solution soon.

Could also be that the sinus infection was treated enough to get rid of

visible symptoms but that there's still gunk inside. I have had sinus

infections of my own and know that you can feel miserable with no outward

symptoms. Allergies can be really annoying and uncomfortable as well. I

hope you find a reason that makes sense!
