You know, Di, my trainer says you should stretch even if you are just walking.

And you are walking fast. I can tell you some stretches, if you want.

The gym was okay, actually. I did 25 minutes on the treadmill,

and I was listening to one of the tapes you sent me - I was singing along,

(out loud) and sort of dancing. I was having fun. Evan (my

trainer) said people were looking at me, but I don't care. Everyone

in there has such a serious face - I figure that if I have to be there,

I might as well try and enjoy myself. Right?
