Vicki & Kendall,

Well the scale was the same this morning - ARGH!!! I'm bleeding like crazy, so this doesn't make sense! I didn't cheat at all yesterday - I'm so proud of myself. Now if only my body would reward me!

It's now just after 11:00 am and I'm working on my second coffee and my third glass of water with lemon (lots of potty breaks). With this cold, it's easy not to eat because I can't taste anything. Keep up the good work ladies!

Your menus sound good!!(Brussel sprouts???) They sound light and tastyand you didn't snack alot. I hope you weren't hungry! I followed myplan, except the small amount of cabbage salad, turned into one LARGEserving!! LOL!! I love that salad! It's the one with cabbage slaw,broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds,onions, ramen noodles (loaded with fat!),the dressing is sugar, vinegar some oil, water and the seasoning fromthe Ramen noodles. I need to find the baked ramen noodles in order tomake it a little healthier! The good news is I'm down a little today,now I just need to keep it up! Have a good dieting day! That is the reason Weight Watchers recommends that you don't weigh

yourself more than once a week, so you don't get discouraged and quit.

Give your body a couple of days, I am sure once you are done w/ AF

and have been dieting a few days (especially if you are keeping up w/

the water) you will see results.

Sorry to hear the cold is lingering. Hopefully the lemon in the water

and all the extra water will help. Try to get plenty of rest (what's

that right ;)!).

I think I will stay off the scale until Monday, it's far too frustrating when it doesn't move! (Or at least until AF leaves - lol.)

Jo-Ann,

I agree with Kendall, don't weigh yourself until Monday...and stick with

it!! You are doing great! Monday....your reward will come!! :)
