Guest guest
From what I know BH contractions feel like a tightening in the uterus. Women start getting them around 20 weeks or so. I don't think I felt them yet, but boy, was my uterus hurting today! Like a big hard ball being rolled around inside. Must be round ligament stretching or something of that sort. a > Hi there! > The last few days, I've had times where I have continuous twinges in > my tummy. They are different from when Roo kicks. Guest guest
Hi Elle! I have had tons of hiccups and I have experienced a few braxton Hicks. The braxton hicks feels like a muscle contraction and your belly gets tight, many times above the belly. Hiccups are like little tickles or taps that happen every few seconds continuously. I was up last night because my little one had the hiccups on and off all night! Poor thing! Take care, 32 Weeks

Guest guest
Hi Elle, BH contractions are painless tightenings across the abdomen. I had a ton of them with Daisy, starting at 13 weeks, which is way earlier than normal for first pgs. You should be able to feel them, and they aree no big deal unless there are more than 4/hr and don't go away with a glass of juice and an hour on your left side. (I had 8 in one hour and thought I was going into PTL at 24 wks). I've heard it's just your body's way of preparing for the real event. Hiccups feel more like a series of rhythmic little kicks, and they sound really funny on the monitors. DeeAnn p.s. Hope the vacation is going well!
