Guest guest
We had our 6 month check up for Amy and were very nervous. We knew she had grown in height and gained weight, but were fearful of the results of the blood tests. The daily stress we have lived with of " is some gluten sneaking by in our GF home " was eating at us. And the GOOD news is that her numbers are down. Her TTG IGa was above 100 at diagnosis and is now down to 43. we are thrilled. The GI Dr. said that it can take a year for her numbers to return to " normal " as the healing of the condition of the villi also affects these numbers. We are on top of the world. I am so thankful to each and everyone one of you for creating this forum, keeping it up and running, and for your unfaltering support to questions and providing information. Thanks to all!
