Guest guest
I don't know - I'm so tempted to use the lower number, but I will be seeing the doctor on Wednesday, and his scale matches the one at work. Quite the dilemma, eh? But I will say this - I can definitely tell the difference in my level of stamina. For Thanksgiving last year (the week before my surgery), I had a big dinner with lots of company. I did all the cooking, and by the time we ate, I was so utterly exhausted, that I literally could not do anything. My friends had to do all the cleaning up. I was really embarrassed by that. In contrast, yesterday I was cooking all day, and then we had the seder, and then I cleaned up the kitchen, and did everything, and I wasn't even tired. What a difference a few pounds make, huh? Guest guest
Well, for one thing, Joya, I'll be making a lot less food! LOL. Now that I eat so little, I don't make such huge quantities for guests! Joya wrote: Oh my ...what a difference a year makes!!!! Guest guest
I think that Dr needs to recalibrate his scale. Obvously, YOURS is the accurate one. Chris Lean on Me? Well, this is funny. At work, there is a doctor's scale, which is what I have been using. On Friday, it said I was 315. At home, I have one of those regular dial-type scales, that you can lean in different ways and get a different reading. It says 305, and if I lean over more, I can get it as low as 295! LOL. So, do y'all think I should change my stats? <grin> Warmly, Please visit our homepage at http://members.xoom.com/AChallengers You will find information, recipes, before and after pictures. Guest guest
Way to go and it is only going to get better with every pound you shed. By the time you see the doctor Wed. I bet you'll be grinning from ear to ear when you see what the scale has to say. I'm so glad to hear Saturday went so well. Barb Re: Lean on Me?
