Guest guest
, I've been on Zanaflex since July '03. I also take Baclofen, but Baclofen gives me problems with my balance. They have lowered my Baclofen dose and have added the Zanaflex, which has helped a lot. Keep in mind, we all are different and what works for me may not work for the next person. Norton -- Zanaflex Hey gang My new Neuro just put me on Zanaflex. I'm already taking Neurontin, Celebrex and Elavil. He told me it would help with stiffness. Does anybody have any experience with this drug? Thanks, Dale's saga continues > Oh, it just gets better... Talked to the disability person and she got kind > of snippy... Guest guest
Hi , I was taking baclofen and zanaflex. It helped but the zanaflex made me so tired. It wasn't worth it. The baclofen works good without the sleepy effects.Good luck! Dale's saga continues > > > > Oh, it just gets better... Talked to the disability person and she got > kind > > of snippy... Guest guest
, That is a new drug to my mind. Keep us posted on what and how it does. I am having allot of trouble with cramping. I do not know if it has anything to do with this. Does anyone else have this. Vicky > Hey gang > My new Neuro just put me on Zanaflex. I'm already taking Neurontin, > Celebrex and Elavil. Guest guest
I'm one of the folks that did not have a good experience with Zanaflex. It made me very weak and very sleepy and it dropped my blood pressure so that I had to go to bed to sleep it off. I've tried it on several occasions, but it's always the same. Baclofen can make me weak as well, but not as pronounced as Zanaflex. Dolores Zanaflex > Hey gang > My new Neuro just put me on Zanaflex. I'm already taking Neurontin, > Celebrex and Elavil. Guest guest
Hi , Yes, I take Zanaflex. I'm suppose to take it in doses of 2 pills 2 mg each, 3 times a day, but they knock me out. So..., I only take one at bedtime. I tried it in the daytime, but don't like feeling sleepy during the day. That's my experience. Take care. Guest guest
Hi , My wife has been taking Zanaflex for about 3 months and is only taking 2mg just before bedtime. A stronger dosage is just too much for her. She also takes Baclofen 20mg four times a day, which seems to help although it does make her tired. Hope this helps.
