Guest guest
Helen and Gang, I have ankylosing Spondylitis (really bad). I took Cipro 1,000 mg every day for 8 weeks. After 3 weeks on the Cipro I felt like I was born again. At the 8th week I got such bad yeast ,I got off of the Cipro. I decided to go with the Olive leaf straight. To cure my yeast problem and the microorganisms. Within 5 days on the Olive leaf I had the most killer Herx. ever. It lasted 9 weeks . This was not a flare . I had the Herx the first 3 weeks on Cipro also. My herx was severe stiffens and pain like I've never had before and awful night sweats. I had to lay a towel on my bed. Those were the hardest 9 weeks of my life. There were days I prayed GOD would take me .I started turning the corner slowly. Going from needing my walker all day , to just using it in the morning and my cane the rest of the day. Then I could go with only my cane all day, then I used it in the morning only , walked alone the rest of the day. Now I'm down to only using my cane when I go out and know I will be away for 5 or 6 hours. I get tired after a while. My body is still weak, but slowly getting stronger. I woke up this morning at 6:15 a.m. without an alarm .Got dressed by myself (like a big girl) and when to a home tour with my girlfriend and toured 3 homes. May not sound like much to most folks, but to me it's a joy that my soul has longed for, for many years. Take care ,Yoly helen balsa wrote: > Yoly > I just want to make sure I understand you correctly. Guest guest
What is Cipro and what is it used for? Don't think I've heard much about that one. Guest guest
That wig is BEAUTIFUL! From the picture anyway it looks so natural and so perfect for you! You are gorgeous and so are your girls! Thanks for sharing this with us! New hair Here is a picture of me and my girls with my new hair courtesy of the Canadian Cancer Society Wig bank. So many people think it's my real hair and ask how I got the red highlights. My youngest has gone back to light brown hair, she's lucky she looks good in any hair color. Guest guest
Thanks , many people think it's my real hair. One of the workers at the home my Mom lives in asked me how I got the red highlights because she went to a hairdresser and the hairdresser couldn't do it. She was asking me where I went and how it got done. I had to tell her my secret in the end. She laughed and told me she never would have guessed. Kerry That wig is BEAUTIFUL! Guest guest
It was recommended that I go before I lost my hair so they could match the color and style. Luckily they did make a good match and my Mom doesn't know anything about it, she must like the hair as she hasn't told me to go and get a hair cut in a long time. Hope things are going well for you.
