Hello! About the Salonpas, could you have possibly gotten the pepper ones?

They set me on fire. I can't use them. The reaction you discribed is what

happens to me if I try to use the pepper ones. They have about 3 different kind.

Walgreens has the biggest selection of all the different kinds. I just get the

regular menthol like ones at Wal-Mart. I have bad reactions to adhiesive but,

Thank God I can tollerate the adhiesive on Salonpas fine. Look on them and see

if you got the ones with I THINK it's Cyanne sp? Pepper in them! If you did, try

just getting the regular ones. Good Luck!
