Hi Debbie,

Sorry to hear your in a bad flare. Since it takes me a week or so to get to

mail I hope you are much better. I had another lighter flare this last week but

am better now. What is kicking my tail is the CFS.

As for the IBS I normally have the C type but let me miss my Doxein just one

night and it fast becomes the D type LOL! I have been out for about a week now

and at first it was bad but things have kinda evened out now so maybe I will be

able to get off of it again. I will try to keep some around though so if I have

a flare up of IBS I can take it. I am working hard at getting off all the meds I

can except my life sustaining ones of course. I am doing fairly good with it.

I hope the Doxepin helps you as well. I have taken it a few years now and

like I said I could miss it one night and I knew it big time. But maybe I am

going to be ok again now that it is out of my system and I seem to be doing OK.
