For psoriasis it may take the full 4.5mg to combat the psoriasis. Get plenty of sun on your psoriasis also.
Guest guest
I'm starting with the 4.5mg so I'm glad to hear that's the amount I need to my " P " . Sun has always been so good on my skin and I'm glad it's summertime. I did have a basil cell carcinoma a few years ago from sun exposure but I think that's because I got burned a lot as a teen, before I knew better! > > > What dosage are you on? Guest guest
Ann, What dose did you take? I hope this helps you. Give the no-sleep a few days to disappear. Sometimes I guess you need to lower the dose. Peg -- [low dose naltrexone] Just started LDN for my Psoriasis I took my first LDN last night. I have severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. This is the final therapy I'm trying before doing a biologic like Embrel. I'll post weekly on how I'm doing on it. Last night I took a melatonin and benadryl and still had difficulty staying asleep. Hopefully the difficulty sleeping will wear off. Ann
Guest guest
I have two patches of 'P' on my shins. Occasionally it itches, but I CAN say that for the most part since starting LDN, the patches are still there, but the itching and inflammation has decreased dramatically. Good luck to you, psoriasis is horrible, if it doesnt hurt, it itches, if it doesnt itch, it hurts. I've gotten so frustrated with it, I'd sit in the shower and spray extremely hot water on it to stop the itching, which is probably about the worst thing you could do. I agree with , hit it full force, dont lower the dose, stay on 4.5 for awhile, most people have sleep issues for a while, hang in there. > > Ann, > What dose did you take? I hope this helps you. Good for cancer, has a natural chemotherapy agent. Brownwood Acres Red Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate. http://www.brownwoodacres.com/cherry_health3.htm My mom and grandma are on this for cancer along with their LDN. The combo of tart cherries and 4.5mg LDN has gotten rid of my grandma's many skin cancers in less than a year...they're hardly even noticeable. One cancer my grandma was due to have surgery on, and by the time surgery date rolled around the skin cancer was gone. She started the tart cherry Jan. 2005 and LDN August 2005. I am involved with a company that has a natural product that if does not cure it hopefully it will retard Psoriasis. There seems to be zero toxicity. Hopefully, we will be selling on the Internet shortly. Guest guest
I feel bad I haven't gotten back to you before this. We have a natural product that is made from the root of a plant that grows wild in the northern part of Israel and apparently it can be used to possibly help all kinds of things from melanoma, warts, psoriasis. I think there is some information on the internet about this but I will have to find out the site and send it to you. I will be back to you shortly with more information.
