A question of Vitamins

I know after surgery you are supposed to take vitamin suppliments.What

kind exactly.I have already at home vit B complex Vit E and a multiple

vit plus mineral plus cranberry suppliment.I read on here often to

talk calcuim non oyster( oyster shell calcuim it contains lead).Shoud

l I also take a vit A and D suppliment as well.Also is what im talking

now alright.Thanks for any adivce and Im still waiting for the

mandatory seminar then I can make my appointment to see the surgeon.Im

so hoping I get approved Keep your fingers crossed for me thank you
