Just checking in...2 1/2 years now, NO further progression, very few symptoms other than weakness,

and fatigue that really bother me, and those are bad enough..sigh.

(Sunlight+asphalt+(90 degrees+) + walking around for an hour=stupid)...guess I'm a 'slow learner?'haha.

Out in the sun and walking on the asphalt down at a car show yesterday, pushed it a little too hard,

and darn near fell on my face...<grin> Not cured, just stubborn. sigh. Today, a little of the neuropathy

on the face, r-side of neck, r-forearm...a bit of the burning sensation is back, but to such a small degree

it's still easy to ignore. I sit under a fan, it goes away. I tolerate the cold much better than the heat.

Dec 11th, 2003 start date,

1st month at 3.0mg,

2nd month up to the present time at 4.5mg

One happy camper.

For me...it seems to be working just fine. Hope everyone has these kinds of results or better.

Now I'll shut up and drag myself back inside where it's nice and cool and dark and friendly?

Cap'n Caveman....

Well as I've said earlier, I have slid down the mobility scale and each winter am surprised to still be walking/shuffling/tottering about. We are all individuals with our own personal MS issues. I am happy for anyone who is still doing better than myself, and hopeful for anyone who is still fighting their MS in their own way.

Also,

My PT Dr. Gave me a few other exercises to do, some at my desk, and my loving wife is regularly on me to do them each night, or even 2x a day.

------------

I am pleased to say that my company has accepted the arrival of my AutoGo scooter in stride, as I arrive each morning and get a little help lifting out of my trunk and uncolapse it from its flattened transportable form for ease of travel throughout the first level of my work. To stretch my legs, I make sure to walk over to the laser printer with my walking stick several times a day.

Now I need to make up an index card for stretching at my desk, while on a break, every few hours.
