Guest guest
Good evening/morning We've not met via e-mail before. I recently joined LDN and not responded before now. But I have a few questions and I hope you don't mind that I email you directly. This is my first time to ask a question on this website. I've read your messages and would like some information about things I saw written here - I don't understand the discussion about phenylalanine, l-Tyrosine, EFAS, NDAH, etc. I am taking 4.5 mg of LDN and found that it really helps. After monitoring how I felt after eating a hamburger, a taco salad, and higher-fatty foods, and diet soda, I'm finding the MS diet is probably the best one for me. I must admit that I'm a bit frettful at times about eating so many raw vegetables. I do like things cooked every once in a while. Any way, I would appreciate some discussion on these amino acids you speak about and their interaction with MS treatment. If someone could talk about most of the alternative treatments and exercises they use, I would appreciate it as well. Thanks and look forward to hearing from yuou. Guest guest
Hi Dwight, In a moment I will be sending you a copy of the welcome e-mail that I gathered together from much of the information that all of us had shared with one another. It is by no means complete but has some of the information that you are inquiring about. When you get the e-mail you will find some helpful links below and you will find some attachments. The attachments are from Dr. Lawrence who has put some protocols together regarding MS, LDN, supplements and diets. Dr. Lawrence is from England, he takes LDN and has been prescribing to his MS patients for a long while. My husband's story should give you an idea about what he is taking, why he takes DLP and other supplements. It is great that you are paying attention to what you eat and how it makes you feel. There is a book called the Gold Coast Cure that claims that they can keep MS in check with diet and exercise. Please let me know if you do not receive the welcome e-mail.
