A big howdy t0 all my fellow LOSERS! And a very special thank you to Sharon and for keeping the group active during my absence. is still in Germany but will be home Saturday, The last few hours were spent catching up on a month's worth of mail, phone calls and mail. Glad that's done. Paris was awesome and I created a new habit during my holiday-- EXERCISE! I've been spending 1-2 hours at the gym EVERY DAY for the past two weeks. Exercise is addictive--in a positive way. A big thanks to all of our new LOSERS for joining the group. It will take me some time to become familiar with all of you. This weekend will be a busy one. I am on the DIsney VoluntEARS IDS Orange County team and will be walking in a fundraiser this Sunday, June 4th. If you would like to join in the cause, feel free to ask me for information on joining our walk team. Support is always welcome! Please bring me up to date on everyone's progress. Sharon kept me on top of the group's activities but I would love to hear from all of you. I hope everyone is doing well and becoming healthier day by day! The time just flew by and suddenly my it was time to come home. However, I might be returning to Europe next month and have more free time off the beaten track. How are you doing? Amity in the group helped me figure it out and now im getting close to where I need to be each day, I feel allot better now. How did you handle all the great foods in Paris?
