Guest guest
Hi, I just wanted to share something with all of you. I belong to a local freecycle group that gives away items they no longer use. It keeps them out of the dumps and landfills. Anyway there was a posting from a woman who lives a few miles from me that she was giving away bamboo. I thought what a neat idea so I wrote and then went to got it. As we talked she told me she is 71 and then she went to say something and completely lost her train of thought. She stopped and said, " You'll have to forgive me, I have fibromyalgia. " We talked for over three hours. She is remarkable at 71 and in so much pain but still keeps an enourmous home and garden. It really was inspirational to see someone her age with arthritis so bad and fms and still functioning relativiely well. I came home and told my husband and then I cried. Not because I was sad but because she was such an inspiration. Even at her age she just keeps going and so we all can too! Warm hugs for a great day, is PS - I found another parttime job much closer to home so maybe this one will be better. The owner is a friend of my son's and he said we will do whatever it takes to make it work. I didnt tell him about the FMS though.
