Guest guest
Hi Christie & All, I am also alergic to most adhisives. I have to use paper tape. I find I can use the stretchy band-aids if I don't have to leave on a long time. The paper tape doesn't stick as well but, when it is the only choice what can we do? If I am covering a large area I use the ace bandages that stick to themselves and are stretchy. I've had more luck with them than anything else. God Bless! Guest guest
I would be interested in what you people do regarding tape. I, too, remove a layer of skin when I remove tape or even those large bandaids made for knees. However, paper tape will not stick to my skin for some reason. I have just had some surgery and must dress the incisions and, well, you can guess what my abdomen, etc. looks like from the tape. Pain, redness, sore skin and itching!!!!! It's gonna take me a while to heal up from the dressings after I heal up from the surgery. Any ideas appreciated. Wallace
