Guest guest
I got to the dietician the other day, and we had an hour-long lesson on how to eat right after bypass. She says she gets lots of people from my surgeon, and was surprised he didn't have someone on staff to teach these things. I told her he did, but that person didn't go into such depth as she did. I re-learned a lot of things, and I know now what I have to do--the trouble is, ACTUALLY doing it! The hardest part is the exercise--I've gotten so lazy physically, I'd do anything to avoid it! I have the time, so that's not an excuse. I need more motivation to go for a walk in the morning after my daughter gets on the bus, instead of going back to bed! How do you get excited over excercise? HELP!
