Hey Dudley! Your info sure gave me key information. When I looked up

anthocyanidins sources not knowing what this was I saw sweet potatoes as a

source. I just had to stop eating sweet potatoes as a daily thing about a month

ago. Maybe more as I dont have a organic store in my town and the local market

that carries 'some' organic foods switched to Earthbound organic sweet potatoes

and I had a pretty bad reaction to them. I have never had good luck with

Earthbound. I tried twice and even have a couple in the frig to try again but

have not felt stable enough to risk it.

Now I will try to make a trip to the store 45 min away in the next couple weeks.

I am not really well enough to travel that far away by myself but maybe in a

week or so.

I used to eat blueberries too regularly but again it was finding quality berries

that were organic. I have some that are dried and organic but have heard dried

is not good.

Thanks again.

I had major spasms/pain in the calfs sometime.  They usually subsided but I

did epsum salt baths and ate bananas,  for magnesium and potassium.   I

think the epsum salt baths especially helped.

You can do it with a foot tub and sponge some on the area, or put it in your

bath water.
