Guest guest
I read Stan's page, and several others. But it seems most of the info is advanced for someone like me who has just entered this world of curing autism. :-)I would gladly take any recommendations on reading, especially websites. There is just so much out there, it's hard to know the best sites to navigate. The only info I have really digested in the past two or three weeks are about vitamins and diet. So I know about the theory of overgrown bad bacteria and yeast causing numerous medical complaints. I have purchased Prasad's cookbook for SCD and Elana Amsterdam's Almond Flour cookbook. We are getting rid of our processed foods. I have the kids on Nordic Naturals CLO (w/ vit A & D), multivitamins and m-b12 drops from the Vitamin Shoppe. I'm still waiting on my almond flour shipment so I haven't implemented the no-grains yet. I do have some probiotic here I haven't been giving but I will start. What is something else (mostly natural) I can do at home after getting the diet going? (They are both in pre-k and I don't want to do anything too drastic during the school year, especially if a natural route will accomplish the same benefits.) Thank you for any help you can give and I'm sorry I am a newbie :-)-- Toni
