Is he a strep kid? If he is strep sensitive he could be reacting to the S. Thermophilis in most probiotics. It causes horrible regressions in my son. Try strep free probiotics and see how he does with them. We use Klaire Labs Detoxification Support Formula, Klaire Labs Factor 4 and HLC Mindlinx in rotation

is it possible for a child with ASD (or anyone for that matter) not to be able to tolerate probiotics. my son is 9 and we have been at biomed since age 3. We have done many different probiotics and he always seems to get more stimmy and cranky. his yeast is under control so it's not that.... has very little good bacteria so i know he needs a probiotic. i went from klare labs detox (50 billion) to trying culturelle thinking the other was too strong. We almost seem to regress everytime we try a probiotic. Any other ideas? I'm stumped. Thanks!beth
