You really need to be careful rotating nizoral and diflucan so quickly because you'll cause resistance. You use each until they are no longer working and then switch (typically about 4-6 months). Antifungals don't always produce a rash. It's hard to say what's going on because of all the switching. My suggestion is to stick to one antifungal for a while and give it a chance. The problem may not be the antifungal, it may be that the antiviral needs to be switched. But at this point, I wouldn't do that until you've pulled titers and you've given everything some time to figure out what's going on.

Hi everyone, would really appreciate any answers,so feel free.

My son has used valtrex 750mg/day,3 times/day,and I rotate diflucan and nizoral, first tried was nizoral for almost 1mo,and â„– regressed or gain, prob gain in receptive, therefore I switched it to diflucan, and then I saw a lot of stim, tongue clicking also avoiding eye contact,is it the die off?? After switched again to nizoral the stim reduce a lot,is it mean he is more responding to nizoral rather than diflucan? O y,there were rashes around his mouth occasionally, but sometimes it missing again,is it good sign or bad?? We've been this for almost 3 month, but still â„– any big wow,is it mean I should stop? Or prob change it to natural anti viral and anti fungal?? Any recommend about it?

Sorry for long post,

Kindly reply me anyone
