Guest guest
Why can't he have a patch cord and have the FM plugged directly into the TV? Do you have it in his IEP that videos shown in class must be captioned? Barb
Guest guest
I don't know what a patch cord is? I am going to check his IEP, but more than likely it was not in there. The teacher did not call today, but I am sure the disasters today was why. Please let me know what a patch cord is? Thanks Debbie Mark's mom Re: mainstreaming problem Kinda long Why can't he have a patch cord and have the FM plugged directly into the TV? Guest guest
It would be a cord that one end would plug into the microphone and the other would plug directly into the TV. Guest guest
Thanks Kay. I received a message on my machine that the teacher would like to talk to me about concerns she has with Mark. I had to fight to get him into this mainstreamed class and am wondering if it is going to be a fight to keep him in..... Debbie Re: mainstreaming problem Kinda long > Why can't he have a patch cord and have the FM plugged directly into the TV? Do you have it in his IEP that videos shown in class must be captioned?< We had it in JD's IEP that if a program isn't CCed, that either a written transcript of the program be given to him to keep, or that parallel instruction be provided (ie, he goes to a different classroom where a teacher will go over the same material with him, using a different form of delivery (books or something like that).
