I have suspected since his first birthday, but they seem to come and go. They are absence seizures and in his sleep. Does anyone have experience with this? We have an appointment with a neurologist on the 28th, but I would really like to talk to someone to make sure I am having the right testing done. I trust NO ONE in the medical field without talking to parents. I know very little about seizures and the damage they can cause, or the benefits of meds. I am leaving my phone number in case any of you have a few minutes and have some experience with this. I am pretty much freaking out. First Autism, then Lyme, now seizures. Every layer that gets peeled seems to reveal something even scarier. If I don't answer, I am avoiding bill collectors. Please leave a message and I will call you right back or pick up the phone.
