Hello Diane,

I understand your frustration! We purchased Compulink Advantage

Software in 2007 and have regretted it since installation. I use Office

Ally for our claims clearing house and have not had any problems with

the claims. They are set in the system to run as a paper claims and

then redirected into a batch file and uploaded to Office Ally. We have

had an issue with posting payments that brings up an " access violation "

error and will not save the payment after you have posted it. This has

been an on going problem and after over 100 hundred phone calls and

hours wasted we have just suffered through. Their is no customer

support or training support with this company and I would urge all

therapists to stay away! We have looked into other software and like

Therapy Source by Source Medical however this is an extremely expensive

software for a small practice. I have heard good things about the

software offered by Hands on Tech and we are looking closer at them.

For sanity sake we are abandong the Compulink Software!

If anyone out their as suggestions we would love to hear them.
