Could you recommend a fish oil that could easily be concealed in a smoothie? My kids are so sensitive to smell, if they even suspected something funky, forget it!

The fish oil form is more bio-available because it's already been through the body of the fish and converted into a form that the human body can immediately use. With the other types of oils, the body first has to convert it. So you may see faster/better results with the fish oil.

Does anyone know if there's a difference between using flax, borage oilsas opposed to fish based omegas? Is one better or more effective than the other?
