A little diffeerent taste, but nearly the same consistency. I *really* like

Before. I haven't tried eating the skin... I don't know how thta would be.

Turnips

Yes, depend on the moisture of them.

Do exactly like fries, I found to have them a nice brown they do need longer time then potatoes.

Wash peel, cut, rinse and drip good, cook...:)

Fry potatoes skin, how much gram in that?
