Harry, the article you sent talking about the truth about

carbs is probably somewhere between Bernstein and the ADA

was very interesting. It makes sense, but I really need to

digest all of it,being a bit more technical than my level.

To my moment: So, is the goal to find out how much how much

food raises your numbers and then try to determine about how

long, what activities uses those and brings your numbers

back down? Is that the goal, and keeping the numbers as

level as possible? In that way, you basically know how

much, how often you need to eat given your normal lifestyle.

Am I getting closer to getting it?
