Guest guest
Pam, you're so right! I've just finished my first 2 weeks on the WOE and I don't remember the last time I stayed on a low-fat diet for 2 weeks. I feel wonderful and haven't had any problems with cravings or temptations to eat carbs (after the first 3 days). I have thought about the chocolate thing, I mean I can look at it and remember how I like chocolate, but I know if I taste it I may get a craving for it so I'm sticking with the choc shakes that don't taste like real chocolate. You'll have to check but I think the swiss miss may have enough carbs that it might kick you out of ketosis. everyone is different but once you're done with induction you can add 5 carbs a week until you find the limit of carbs you can eat without going out of ketosis. You may be able to haveyour cocoa. My hubby has no room for carbs, he's at trace on his ketostix all the time. I'm usually able to add a few here and there and not go out of ketosis, everyone is different. congrats on your loss! 262/254/150 248 by Oct31 Pam wrote: > I lost another 1/2 lb. last night. Guest guest
Pam please don't- instead, paste the photo into the email if you can, or post it on your url. I don't open attachments ever, cause I've seen a virus infect a whole list of people because they opened pictures. I'm sure the person who infected that list didn't mean to do it, but she got infected through her regular email and it turned out that email attachments were the way the virus got around. Even with the best and most recent virus protection you can't be cavalier- the same day a new virus definition comes out people who make viruses are modifying theirs so they don't get caught.
