Guest guest
Sara, (and and Ivy and Ian ) ) It's so great to hear from you. I was wondering how you all were doing. I was hoping that you didn't leave us. ) I love the input that you guys have. I'm sorry about the death in your family. It sounds like you had a *challenging* experience while you wre there. I hope Ivy is all right. Maybe things were hard for her because she wasn't in her bed. Sam always sleeps though the ngith here, but when we go to Grandma's house, he makes me out to be a liar. I'm kindo of dreading things we we go down to FL in a couple of weeks. > Hi Friends, > I know that we haven't been posting in awhile. I want to thank those that > gave us a call. That was sweet. Guest guest
Welcome back Masoner family! It's sooo good to hear from you. I was really missing you. I'm sorry to hear about the death in your family and your challenging trip. I hope Ivy is back to her normal self now. You know, had most of his clubfoot surgeries at the Shriners in St. Louis. He spent much of his childhood there, having suregery after surgery on his feet. In fact, we went back a couple of years ago and some of the nurses still knew him. I'm sorry that your neighbors are having such a hard time. I hope that they can somehow get some help from a Ponseti doctor. Good work on your referral. I'm glad that that little girl didn't have clubfoot and that their minds were put at rest by seeing Dr. P. Anyway -- we missed you and are glad to have you back. Take Care! Speaking of parents of three, I wonder if Lori Stime has had her baby yet!! Maybe she'll be able to give us some good tips in the future. Guest guest
Hi Joy, I know what Sara means about having number three! Some days I think, yes, others I think, Oh my god, do I have enough hands for three????Would I be crazy? I have quite a few friends that have more than three and I don't know how they do it. It sure would be nice to have a big family though, I'm one of three and it's a lot of fun at get togethers with everyone now that we all have families of our own. P.S. I hear Lori is due any day now! Also hoping to hear good news from her soon too! Holly and Re: Up date. >>Joy, good to hear from you, welcome to the >> joys of being a two child mom. Guest guest
Hi Joy, My good friend, is 38 and has two teens. Then the doctors thought she had cancer of the cervix. ( all test showed that plus her mom died at a young age of cervical cancer~ plus they are farmers so she wasn't haveing yearly check ups) We prayed, the pre-opt sonogram showed she was pregnant! (She had a preg test that came back neg.) That was four years ago. She had another two years later because she didn't want the youghest to be like a only child with her teens. Now she is pregnant again. This is number five. This one is a defantly a surprise, but they are glad to have him or( hopefully her) Lori, is due anytime now. I think she said her due date is May 5th. However the last I spoke to her, she thougt she would go early. Give the girls lots of kisses. Sara and Ivy8/17/99 Ps. So, if you have another girl are you going to keep with the plant / flower theme and go with Ivy? and I Love the name Iris. We joke that we would have a very difficult time coming up with another three letter name begining with the letter " I " , so maybe we should stay with two kids. We also like the name Isabella. Guest guest
Hi Holly, I grew up in a family of three and we always have a blast. Growing up the " pecking order " of sibling riverally rotated with three kids. Sara and IVy Re: Up date. > > > >>Joy, good to hear from you, welcome to the > >> joys of being a two child mom. Guest guest
Joy, If you ever have another girl and stick with the flower theme, I thought of your family when I heard this one, a little girl in 's preschool class is named, Lilly! I just loved it when told me her new friends name. But.............I also think Ivy is a great one too, my mom heard me talk about Sara's Ivy once and fell in love with her name. Guest guest
Sara and Holly, If we have another girl, we are definitely sticking with a flower name! Couldn't mess up the theme. Now, if it's a boy, we are not doing flower names, though we have had lots of interesting suggestions. I LOVE the name Ivy, but since Iris's name starts with an I, I just can't do it (Neil thinks I'm silly). I can't have anymore R names either! Lily, Violet, and Jasmine are some considerations, though I'll be searching flower catalogs when the time comes. Well, I better go! Gotta nourish the Iris.
