[NTH-Adrenals]was back sliding and insomnia - chlorine - /now sun and more whining!!

I want to know, too! I just don't seem to tolerate the sun any more. I

HAVE noticed that for the past several years, my vision gets blurred if

I'm out in bright sun even with my Polaroid lenses. I got the dorky

kind of plastic glasses that fit over my own glasses and cover the sides

too, which helps. But my vision is still pretty bad after being out for

a while.

I have an umbrella for the beach, and wear my dorky sunglasses, plus a

sun visor. I still have trouble! By the end of a 3 hour period I was

unable to see well enough to knit or read. I could drive so think my

close up vision is the most effected. If this is another hypo thing I

won't be surprised. If it IS a hypo thing, will it GO AWAY or GET

BETTER once I'm optimized? Or is it a hypoT/ADRENAL thing??
