Dear All,

There is a impractical technical solution(in the form of antigenic testing in

the form of DNA-PCR, Viral assays etc.)but as that is prohibitively expensive

there is only a managerial solution of REPEAT

voluntary non remunerated blood donation with a stringent donor selection.

The same may reduce the problem of HIV transmission because of blood in

incubation period being transfused to significant extents.
