Coimbatore ART Centre has installed new CD4 Machine

Dear forum,

Greetings from CNP+,

Coimbatore ART center has been started long back but there was no

CD4 Machine. All sample are taking to near by ART Centre for

testing. Initally very minimul number of PLHA are coming for ART

medicine. But Now a days per a day average 100 to 150 PLHAS(New &

Follow up) are coming to ART centre for taking the ART Medicine.

Recently CD4 Machine has been installed with support of NACO/TNSACS

in coimbatore ART centre itself for knowing the CD4 count.

So it is very useful to all the PLHA to know the accurate CD4 Count.

Sorrounding Districts PLHA can avail the test of CD4 count. Dr.

Nanda Gopal, Senior ART Medical Officer,Dr. S.Venkatachalam ART

Medical officer, Coimbatore ART Centre and Dr. Mahadevan STD HOD are

avalaible at all the working hours from monday to Saturday.

They are verymuch friendly approach with all PLHAs in the ART centre. So all

the PLHAs can avail the services ealily and accessible.
