It is good that you/Alliance are working to undertsand the CCM dynamics and

hoping that the observations and suggestions will make things better for

atleast India CMM for GFATM.

But please do not try to pre-empt or color or put " words in the mouth " or in

advocacy language " set the agenda " in a biased manner for the feedback you are

trying to get to " complete " the study by saying the " India CCM is a robust body "

(?).

I shall get back to you with more detailed reply as what why we have experienced

in the last three rounds of the GFATM from the CCM India.

This would be the most atrocious statement to make. Mere Representation do not

make a body robust. They can be " dummies " and " yesmen " cicil society

representations and most of them are like that. They can be silenced and bought

over or their " votes and voices " can be manuvered. Wait for a fuller answer then

make a decison of draw a conclusion.
