Dear Forum,

Saathi is a care and support home for people living with HIV/AIDS. Since 2004,

based in Madhya Pradesh, India. Saathi Care home have been making efforts to

reach out the people living with HIV/AIDS. Saathi works in the field of

HIV/AIDS, Care and Support for HIV/AIDS affected and infected adults and

children. Since we started our journey our shared mission is outreach to the

vulnerable communities, medical facilities, support for children out of

education, Care and Support for PLHAs.

Saathi had given our all efforts to responding to the needs of HIV/ AIDS are

like a drop in the ocean. Presently more than 150 families who are affected with

HIV/AIDS are supported by Saathi. Saathi aims at the following strategy for

prevention and control of HIV/AIDS by making the people aware of its

implications. Create and strengthen the continuum of care and support available

for People Living with HIV/AIDS through awareness. Improving survival and

quality of life of People Living with HIV/AIDS and reducing HIV transmission.

Community based advocacy and networking to HIV/AIDS prevention also expanding

treatment access
