A Community based organization requires staff for the targeted

intervention project supported by CAPACS, for the following posts:

1. Project co-ordinator (m/F)

Positions vacant: 1

Educational qualifications: MSW/M.A Sociology

Experience : 2 to 5 years experience in HIV/AIDS

Other Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and oral. Computer

skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Management and

supervisory skills preferred. Detail oriented with knowledge of NGO

communities in the city. Good personal and communication skills

2. Counsellor (m/F)

Position vacant: 1

Educational qualifications: MSW/M.A Sociology/MSc. or M.A.Psychology

Experience : 2 to 3 years experience in HIV/AIDS

Other Skills: Excellent English & Tamil, both written and oral skills.

Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Excellent listening skills preferred. Detail oriented with knowledge of

HIV/AIDS/ Drug use. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Male outreach workers

Positions vacant: 3

Educational qualifications: No bar but preferred a drug using background

Other Skills: Excellent writing skills in Tamil or English. Detail

oriented with knowledge of HIV/AIDS/ Drug use. Good interpersonal and

communication skills.

4. Female outreach workers

Educational qualifications: No bar but should be familiar with the TI in the

community

Other Skills: Excellent writing skills in Tamil or English. Detail

oriented with knowledge of HIV/AIDS/ Drug use. Good interpersonal and

5. Accounts officer (m/F)

Educational qualifications: B.Com

Experience: Candidates must have more than 2-3 years of experience in an

Accounts Department Other Skills: Knowledge of tally Software Good Filing and

Record Keeping Skills, Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and

Excel.

Educational qualifications: No bar but should have a drug using
