Scandishake vs. Ensure, which one is better?

Hey guys,

I read some interesting topic in the CHARGE Group about a unique milkshake,

called scandishake? What is it? Where do you get those kinds of milkshake? I do

remembered that Heidi's mom told me how Heidi gained so many pounds (now, she's

around 115 lbs, lol), cuz she kept drinking another kind of milkshake called

'ensure', every meals, right? Is this similiar to ensure, that you have to drink

scandishake every meal?

Where do I buy/purchase these kinds of weight gain drinks? Will it help me

gain more lbs than before? Lemme know, thanks!

Hi Chip,

Ensure is a meal supplement/replacement. ScandiShake is actually a

food additive that comes in powder form. You add it to milk,

casseroles, juices or anything! Each packet of powder contains 400

calories that you can use throughout the day or add to one 8 ounce

glass of milk to make the milk a total of 600 calories! You can call

the number for the manufacturer of ScandiShake and they will send you a
