Yeah!! Finally able to wear helmet!!And Insurance angst...

I wrote a week or so ago about my son, , how he developed a red

spot the day after he got his helmet & wasn't able to wear it for a

week. After 2 adjustments & a cold with fever, he's finally able to

wear it. I am beyond pleased.

On the downside, rec'd denial to my appeal, again they're saying it's

not med nec. I sent the ins every piece of info I could get my hands

on re untreated plagio. Plus all the med records with measurements &

Dr. notes. What more could they possibly need to realize this is not

cosmetic?

Sorry for the whining, it would just be nice to get a straight answer

from the ins instead of them hiding behind " not med nec " . Anyone

else have PHCS thru Principal Life that can give some pointers?
