I am wondering if using sugar in recipes or on cereal, etc. is really

bad if you are allergic to yeast. I read someplace that you should

not eat much sugar or overripe fruit,no grapes, no mushrooms or

fruits or vegetables that grow on the ground because of them getting

moldy. The article also said not to eat leftover foods after more

than a day or so in the refrig. Does anyone know if this is true?

Thanks, Jeanne
