: Yes, the birds can really be a "mixed bag"! We have a baby robin in our front yard who is out of the nest but can't fly yet, and he is driving everyone crazy, running from bush to bush, as there are lots of cats in this neighborhood, so it is a "race with time" before he learns to fly. But my husband left the front door open this weekend to bring some groceries in, and the little robin ran through the door, up the living room steps, and all the way down the hall, pooping all the way: Finally cornered him in the computer room and carried him back outside, kicking and screaming, to his anxious parents. I will have to call Martha and ask her how to get baby robin poop out of light beige carpet.

To both you and Laurie, if everyone is agreeable and you all have time, do you think it would be possible for you to get a picture of the people at the Mitoldies conference dinner and then post it on Mitoldies when you get back? That would be great, if everyone wouldn't mind!

Have fun!

I plan to take lots of pictures with a digital camera, so they will be easy to send.
