Guest guest
I didn't get hungry until about 6 months out. When I did it was a feeling of I've got to eat now!!! When I get that feeling I usually haven't eaten for 6 to 7 hours and I'm past due. Kinda like when I was pregers. My stomach doesn't growl when I hungry it just talks up a storm after I eat or drink. LOL it gets a little embarrassing!! Hugs!! > > I thought of another question. When will I feel hungry again? I have > had definate head hunger, but not tummy-hungry. Guest guest
I just had surgery jan.25,2006 and my doctor told me no nuts no seeds and no popcorn...chips etc...He said that it isn't that we can't eat them but they are high caloric foods. they pass through quickly and deposit the calories and you feel the need to eat more often. He said that they burn off to fast. Think about it before surgery you can pack as lots of seeds and peanuts in your tummy...but soon after you get that feeling of it is not enough. So you can eat em, but keep in mind the calories are kind of empty calories they don't hold nutritional value. > > > > I thought of another question. When will I feel hungry again?
