It is so much easier to set up for funerals at church and to run around and do things. I'm leaving for Kansas on Saturday. My Grandma died today. I'll fly for the first time since hitting this weight. Last time I flew I was around 220 - 230 lbs. It will be interesting. I've missed you!! I hope all is well with you. Guest guest
Thanks !!! She is finally home with the Lord, I just hope her death wasn't painful. She stopped eating almost two weeks ago now, refused to eat or drink and her body began to shut down. I know hospice kept her comfortable. I'm going to really miss her!! Guest guest
Hi Mike, I am so happy to see you are doing so well. I agree with you about getting into phase II. I can't wait either. Best Wishes. Shauna Post-op 342/322/160 Mike wrote: I'm doing well. I'm not sure how much I've lost but I'm guessing it's about 15-20 lbs. I'm scrambling to keep up with the changes in waist sizes and old clothing I used to wear on the way up in weight. I'm getting very bored with the liquid post-op diet. I can't wait to have cottage cheese and yogurt next week. Thanks to everyone in the group for the prayers and thoughts. I've got a lot of energy now and am really happy I've had this done.
