Guest guest
I don't remember everything that happened in the hospital this May. I was kinda out of it. My husband, though, was paying strict attention. He told me something last night that I didn't know: My arterial plaque has visibly, quantifiably improved from the time of my first heart attack in 2002 (before NT) and my latest adventures in 2006. In 2002, I had something like 8% plaque, respectable for a 41-year-old American, and baffling in someone with heart trouble. In 2006 it had dropped to below 5%. The main difference in that time is that I've been eating as close to NT as a financially struggling family can manage. A testimonial, dear friends!
