Hate to tell you this, Janet, but it may not happen once you've reached your goal. I'm a 5 year KOPS and I still see "overweight" when I look in a mirror. What about it fellow KOPS? Anyone else out there with the same problem? Hugs, Deanna I think you are both right - - - we will probably always see ourselves as "overweight" - - - but maybe that's not a bad thing! WE COULD BE SO EASILY!!! Like I've said before - - - since I have become KOPS I watch what I eat closer than I ever did before!! And as soon as I gain a pound, I KNOW I HAVE TO GET IT RIGHT BACK OFF AGAIN!! And the most beautiful words in the world are, "Gee, you look great! You've lost so much weight, I hardly recognized you!" Right?????????????????? So believe me, all of you who are still working toward your goals, it truly "tastes" better to be at goal than it ever did to "eat everything you want"!!! SO HANG IN THERE! YOU CAN DO IT!!! AND TOMORROW IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE YEAR - - AND JUST THE RIGHT TIME TO GET STARTED!! ((((HUGS)))) Clara No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
