I think it's a great idea Carol. i must say I had also wondered about

another idea for a book or film..... whether Annette(?) would be interested

in writing Jordan's story, from a mother's perspective.....some of her

comments about how privileged she was in being privy to her daughter's

innermost thoughts because she had been communicating for Jordan towards

the end, really struck a chord, also Jordan's life seemed to cover it

all........I thought how it might be cathartic/therapeutic for Annette

because in her last contact she had said she was feeling lost without

Jordan........but I am only new on the block here.

ou know, I think that is a great idea. And it is not the usual " disease of the

week " type thing, but rather a different approach. Now all we have to do is

convince Annette she should write a book! marie

Carol,

I like the book idea. I've often thought of it but I sensed that people were

too much into privacy. One thing that has struck me about this group is

their ability to survive against the odds, to have courage, to be able to

suffer the indignity with poise and strength. I've kept the sayings, writings

and poems of many of the members. they inspire me and I know if presented

correctly, they could inspire others with chronic illness. Let's do

it!!!!Vicki
