Last night I went to a fancy birthday dinner and party and thought I wouldn't show more than two pounds down this week. Hard work does pay off if you stick with it. WooHoo!!! I can feel it in my feet, wrists, and fingers. My waistband always get tight too. A few days after the road trip I feel fine again and nothing is tight. Just thought I'd share!! I am happy either way because it is far beyond what I thought I would weigh at my first weigh in since I got back. Yippee!!!!!!!!! > WooHoo for !!
