Guest guest
Dear all, Ground situation is really alarming . It can be directly established from the result of various randum survey taken up by NACO & SACS in diferent low prevalent state with high vulnerability. Results of random survey in Bihar , Jharkhand , orissa, Rajsthan are clearly depicting the seriousness of the situation. Time has come when every body should think seriously on the request of Ms. Hillary Clinton (ex. first lady of USA) for holding " World HIV testing day " very recently in an international conference. I think india should take initiative on this without loosing the time. The increasing no. of Women +ve rather to say positive wives of the positive migrant is far from the exisiting VCCTC & Blood banks. NACO or some international organisation should take lead in Planning and Implementation of " HIV testing day " in India. We have the rich and outstanding exeprience of Pulse Polio immunisation programme. We should congrutulate West Bengal Govt. for taking this initiative to address the reality in villages and sub urbs.
