Guest guest
I'm was a Job Coach for 8 months and had to deal with behaviors, up and down and running after clients and so forth it was fun but by the end of the day I was dead tired and still had to come home and do housework and I have 2 smalll young children. I must be a glutan for punishment because I start a new job on the 1st of may as a Job coach II but on an enclave that doesn't have behavioral issues. Yeah, take frequent breaks if you can, explain to your brother that you don't mind working for him but the frequent breaks would help make your job better. [ ] Physically Active Job Does anyone else have RA and have a physically active job? I started working for my brother's t-shirt screen printing business and am on my feet all day. I pull shirts from the dryer, fold them and box them. I like the job (and the money), but it's beginning to really wear me out. I can hardly move at the end of the day. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to keep this job without killing myself (well, not literally). Thanks for any help. Guest guest
sit down and rest as often as possible. I am a lead teacher of 2 1/2 to 3 year olds in a daycare center. I have found that the more I sit around the better the more I am on my feet then the more I pay for it later. Hopefully your brother will let you take some breaks and relax for a little. Thanks Angie mrselmo2002 <mrselmo2002@...> wrote: Does anyone else have RA and have a physically active job? Guest guest
A rolling stool (like doctors use) to move around on so you can get off your feet sometimes? Do you have to carry baskets of shirts or do you use a rolling laundry cart? Love, Judy Does anyone else have RA and have a physically active job?
