A question you may want to ask yourself is with your whole/unrefined salt usage

and showing high levels of sodium in your bloodwork, how much non-caffienated

fluids are you drinking EVERY DAY?

Mo,

Read up on the info on the link and see what you think. There's a

ton of info there. This info also correlates with what Dr. Tim

O'Shea writes about high blood pressure and medications used to treat

it. Docs give diuretics when the opposite is needed. I think your

sodium levels could be related to other things that you are eating.

Look at labels and write it down for a few days how much sodium

you're taking in. FitDay.com is a great resource for tracking your

diet and will show you all kinds of good info on your food intake.

The sodium in processed table salt and what's in processed food items

is not good for us. Also check any supplements, protein powders,

etc. Maybe do a google search on any of the supplements or meds or

ingredients in them that you are taking to see how those react to

sodium. It could be that something else is affecting the sodium

level in your body.

free online. It will give you info on anything you eat, fruits,

veggies, all kinds of prepackaged foods that are already entered in

their database and you can enter your own custom foods yourself.

The last time I was at my Dr.'s I told them I was doing Sea Salt and I found out

the whole office was on it. Some bought water with it all ready in it.

the " salt shortage " it perceives. This was why I was retaining fluid and my BP

went up, a no salt diet that almost killed me. And I was onyl on it for four

years. The unrelenting high BP was the worst sign something was very wrong. When

my doctors of the moment took me off all salt is when it went from high blood

pressure to a stroke looking for a place to happen.

You can click on the serving and it should have it listed by 1

strawberry or by ounces, etc. You probably won't need a scale

necessarily, usually under the serving size you can figure out things.
